From Monday 29th of April till Friday 2nd of August 2019,

the circulation, within the establishment will be modified : to go from building 1 to building 2, you will have to walk around the renovation area from the outside.

We are doing our upmost to assist you during this transitional phase. However, we kindly ask you to acknowledge the below information for organizational purposes .

 

 

Our establishment is composed of two buildings (see the map below) :

Building N°1 which includes:

 

  • ​The Front Desk (located at n° 5 Rue Chanzy )

  • Rooms 110 to 114

  • Rooms 210 to 214

  • Rooms 310 to 314

  • Rooms 410 to 414

Building N°2 which includes:

 

  • The breakfast room (located in front of n° 16 rue Bénit )

  • The business center

  • The Garages

  • Rooms 120 to 129

  • Rooms 220 to 229

  • Rooms 320 to 329

  • Rooms 420 to 429

To facilitate this transition period, we offer you the possibility to indicate your preference for a particular building by phone on + 33 (0)3 83 17 54 00 or by e-mail to contact@bwcrystal.com. We will do our best to provide you with a room according to your wishes. *Subject to availability and ongoing renovation activities. 

All Budget and Comfort rooms with two twin beds are located in Building 2. 

8 of the 10 Superior Rooms and the 2 Junior Suites are located in Building 1.

If your room is in the Building 1,  we can also serve your breakfast at your room without any supplement. 

The activities related to the renovation project will not start before 9 am, will finish at maximum 9 pm and will be done only from Monday to Friday. (barring unforeseen circumstances)
